OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR COVERING LOGISTICS (Part time)
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR COVERING LOGISTICS POSITION
An opportunity has become available for an important part-time, permanent position within a caravan and motorhome distribution office as an Office Admistrator covering logistics
All required training will be provided for all platforms and procedures.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for organising transport of goods from our factory in EU to dealerships in GB.
Requesting all required import (and on occasion export) documentation from our customs agent. We are responsible for all customs requirements, but we rely on an external customs agent to action under our instruction.
Recording all processes, information and documentation in software and Excel.
Some reporting to HMRC.
Electronic and physical filing.
Answering telephone and email queries and enquiries from our dealerships.
Key skills:
Generally IT literate.
Proficient with using Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel.
Capable and clear communicator.
Attention to detail.
Organised, methodical and process minded.
Responsible, trustworthy and conscientious.
Calm, self-motivated and shows initiative.
SALARY: From £28,000.00 per year (pro rata)
Working hours
28 hours per week
Suggested working hours are below, but we may be able tio be flexible to accommodate.
09:00 – 15:00 Monday to Thursday
09:00 – 13:00 Fridays
