Organisation Structure and Supply Chains Adria Concessionaires operates within automotive industry, with a structured management framework overseeing operational delivery and procurement. Our supply chains include suppliers of goods, services, and subcontracted labour. We expect all suppliers to meet our ethical standards and comply with applicable legislation.

Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. This is supported by internal policies including:

• Ethical Procurement Policy These policies set clear expectations for employees and suppliers regarding ethical behaviour and labour standards.

Due Diligence Processes Adria Concessionaires undertakes due diligence when engaging with new suppliers and periodically reviews existing ones. This includes:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) To measure the effectiveness of our actions, we monitor:

Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking We provide training to relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement and supply chain management, to ensure awareness of modern slavery risks and how to identify and report concerns. This training supports our commitment to maintaining a vigilant and informed workforce.
