The Caravan and Motorhome Club has revealed the winners of its prestigious 31st Caravan Design Awards, live from NEC Caravan Shows, Birmingham. We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded WINNER of Any Large Family Caravan at the Caravan & Motorhome Club Caravan Design Awards 2025 with our Altea Avon.

The year 2025 is a jubilee year for Adria Mobil in many respects – it marks 60 years since the development and production of the first caravan under the Adria brand, and it is also 20 years since the construction of the new factory, 20 years since the development of the iconic Action caravan, and the first integrated motorhome Vision.

60 YEARS OF ADRIA...let's leap back into the past

As we celebrate our 60 year anniversary this year...let's leap back into the past. The first idea behind us developing a "self-propelled caravan" came about in the late 60's when the international registration of a new brand name Adriatik was created. The very first motorhome prototypes - Adriatik 420 and Adriatik 450 - were developed in 1982, both overcab models on the Renault chassis.

Slavica Sterk has been the face and power behind the distributor of the Adria brand in the UK since 2007, and after 18 years has recently made the decision to retire marking the end of an incredibly successful career and a legacy of excellence in the leisure industry
